Pastificio PIGI has always been synonymous with top quality fresh artisan pasta. We carefully select every ingredient, using only 100% Italian semolina and fresh eggs, working the dough, making the stuffing, cooking and packaging all in-house, for a truly unique end-product.

The passion and experience of over sixty years of working in the sector is also seen in our own PIGI brand line of smooth and stuffed pasta, including tagliatelle, ravioli and traditional Bergamasque recipes, flavours of the local territory with unforgettable flavour.

In addition to our own brand pasta, we also produce fresh and smooth pasta, lasagne sheets and fresh stuffed pasta for third parties.
